  • Actionable recommendations regarding the current electrical systems
Who needs to get an EPR?

ALL strata corporations in British Columbia must complete an EPR by the end of 2026 as part of the CleanBC initiative. It is not optional, and buildings that do not complay may face penalties.

Why do I need an EPR for my building?
An EPR helps you:

    Prices typically range from $3,000 to $5,000, depending on the size and complexity of the building. Costs may increase over time due to rising demand and engineering workload, so early planning is highly recommended.

    Does an EPR include a full EV-ready plan?

    Not fully. An EPR may assess EV charging capacity, but a separate EV-ready plan is often needed for specific stall upgrades and rebate applications. We offer bundle deal for getting both the EPR and EV-ready plan done for your building!
